Man this place is awesome! Simple, but clean, functional, and put together. 5 stars for sure. Also, the staff was super friendly, the coffee was fresh and everything was in great shape. Very very happy with out stay!

I was thinking this spot would be along the lines of a recent motel 6 we stayed at because of how affordable it was as a quick place to sleep, but I was wrong. We’re traveling with 2 dogs so we have to stay in their pet friendly room and it’s awesome. I’m pretty sure it’s larger than my first apartment and it’s very clean. The room is so spacious I was able to throw my dogs toys and get them tired after they slept for most of our journey. Don’t worry.. we are on the first floor so no running noises for any neighbors. My husband and I got a 2 queen bed room because we’ve been sleeping in a tiny expedition camper (think only a queen bed enclosed in 4 walls) for 3 1/2 weeks with a mini schnauzer and an overweight Rottweiler so we really needed the space to stretch out. Full size microwave, mini fridge with a separate freezer (both perfectly clean) and wood floors. No pet odor at all. Cute little table and tv stand. The two ladies in the office were so friendly! We drove almost 12 hours straight so I’m really happy with our decision to stay here. I was warned that there’s nothing to eat after 3 pm so prepare for that. Even the gas station across the street was closed by 10pm when we arrived. Really close to the caverns. Only negative is the shower was lukewarm at best, but we’ve been boondocking for a few days so I was happy to have a proper shower. Overall great spot and I may even try to convince my husband to stay an extra night before we set out again.

We were honestly a little skeptical at first because the price was so affordable and the rooms had exterior doors like a classic motel setup but we ended up very pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the kids had zero complaints (which says a lot on a road trip ). Each location offered some type of breakfast, the staff was incredibly friendly, and everything stayed well stocked the entire time we never had to ask for anything. On this 10-day spring break journey to visit five national parks, we were often only staying one night at a time, and it was actually hard to find options like Airbnbs or glamping spots without two-night minimums. This made these stays even more valuable they were convenient, flexible, and budget-friendly. It turned out to be the perfect economical choice for our adventure. Having reliable, comfortable places to shower and rest each night without stretching the budget really made the whole trip more enjoyable. So appreciative of experiences like this that make family travel easier!

It is an older hotel and the building could use some work however the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location for Carlsbad Caverns as it is the closest place you can stay. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom did appear to be updated. There was a mini frig and microwave. Air conditioning was awesome.

Location can't be beat! 10 minute drive to Carlsbad Cavern, 20-30 minutes to Guadalupe National Park. The rooms were large, the bathrooms adequate. The TV service was good (Roku streaming). Room had a microwave , mini fridge (not hotel small, slightly bigger, it has like a legit freezer), microwave and a table next to them for storing food items (in addition to a round dining table). Breakfast included, consisted of cereal, muffins and coffee (wonderful selection of nostalgic cereal). Staff at the check in desk were very friendly. Only downside is the lack of food options. The cafe next door is the only restaurant and it closed at 3pm , and was not open Sunday or Monday. Across the street in the gift shop/market they were supposed to have pizza and hot dogs but they did not. They had a small market with frozen hot pockets and such things. We drove up to Carlsbad (20 min drive) or ate PBJ we had with us.

This is a great hotel! We stayed here while we were at Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Great location. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. We had a beautifully remodeled bathroom. I just can't say enough about this place and highly recommend it! The pool wasn't open yet, but if you're there in the summer they have a water slide and a kiddie pool.

This stay was great! The room was incredibly spacious and had a microwave/fridge! It was very clean too! I did see a couple of harmless little bugs in the bathroom, but when you're out in the middle of the desert, it's sort of expected. The mini waterpark was also a lot of fun! My kids had a blast. If we get a chance to visit the caverns again, we will be coming back. :)

Close to Carlsbad Cavern national park. It is just 10 mins to the entrance of the cavern. There is a connecting room option if you come with couple of your friend. Cold breakfast. Staff is no nice and friendly. Around 20 mins to Carlsbad town so it is easy to get around and find a good food to eat.

Had a great stay at whites city caverns Inn. My husband, 2 dogs and I stayed here for 2 nights while we visited carlsbad and carlsbad caverns. Got in really late due to car trouble but the lady up front was nice and got us checked in. We got a 2 bed room and it was spacious and clean. They do have breakfast avaliable in morning but it's cold breakfast cereal and fruit with coffee but still good. There is a pool, waterside and splash play area for kiddos, you have to sign a wave waiver and get a wrist band to enter. It was a great trip and a great stay will definitely come back here.
